We use organic fresh produce most of the time, we know the local little famers where we find the best food possible from  free range eggs and wild caught seafood  that we often catch ourselves to wonderful home made cheeses and real Yogurt that often comes in clay pots--The Captain

 Helena is one of the regular crew onboard and she loves to cook, in fact she's the only one I let cook, because when it comes to cooking Greek no one does it better than a native-- here she's making stuffed veggies - one of my favorites
