Intensives and Retreats
The peaceful freedom and excitement along with the fun of being out on the ocean where everyone is part of a real "crew" - not just passengers .
There's no obligation to do anything other than enjoy yourself - but if you'd like to learn more about sailing, we'd love to teach you.! Our sailing charters are as flexible and laid-back as possible
We can sail to more well-known spots, sure - but we also venture
way off the beaten path and the usual tourist tracks;. These
are the islands and villages you'll never find in any travel agents'
window or from a cruise ship... some of the few remaining unspoiled
places where traditional culture and hospitality are still very much alive.
Insightful Awareness for Happiness, Health and Grow
Don't seek to be loved at any price because love has no price. True love is free. It does not judge or decide which attitude to take. It does not stay by your side only when all is well or when there are moments of sadness and struggle because it's not about just fun or offering consolidating words and feeling stronger and wiser when things are hard. it decides on the spur of the moment, with nobody doing it, even though it knows it's risky. True love is spirited, honest and beautiful. True love respects freedom and allows all to grow in his or her own way. True love is an act of true faith.
Faith in You. Faith in God. Faith is Love.
Because at the end those three are the same.
Free yourself from limitations
of the past, stress about the present and worries about the future.
Picture a life of relaxed acceptance and fulfillment.
is one of the most effective and least explored techniques for
unleashing the power of your deep unconscious. The literal
translation of Nidra is sleep. However, Yoga Nidra is a dynamic
state, not the unconscious sleep of nighttime. For while ordinary
sleep can renew the body and refresh the mind, Yoga Nidra has the
ability to alter your unconscious programming.
In Zazen (Zen Meditation) we don't practice with a mantra or contemplate anything. We don't count or watch the breath. We don't try to concentrate the mind on any particular object or use any other meditation techniques; we really just sit with both body and mind. With the eyes open, we simply sit in an upright posture and breathe deeply, quietly, and smoothly through the nose and from the abdomen. When we sit inthis posture, even though we are still, the vital organs continue to function; the heart keeps beating and the stomach keeps digesting. Each and every organ in our body continues working in zazen, and there is no reason that our brains should stop working when we sit. Just as the function of a thyroid gland is to secrete hormones, the function of a brain is to secrete thoughts, so thoughts well up in the mind moment by moment. Yet our practice in zazen is to refrain from doing anything with these thoughts; we just let everything come up freely and we let everything go freely. We don't grasp anything; we don't try to control anything. We just sit..
UPDATE... Like everything else in the physical world, change happens and the rocks have all fallen. The waves of sea and time.have washed them off there foundation and tumbled back to where thay were before we humans touched them.
... ln our lives, we start out building material wealth and possessions in our belief that will secure our future and make us happy , our body's young and strong.. But like these stones, are impermanent .....the sea of life washes away everything, only our spirit of love remains. .timeless
